Following steps need to be followed while open the ticket.

  1. Sign in with your registered email address on Al Nafi Support Center then click Open Ticket, to open a ticket.
  2. To open a ticket, Sign in Al Nafi Support Center if you already aren't signed in.
  3. Sign up Al Nafi Support Center if you don't have an account on our Support center.
  4. On the dashboard of Al Nafi Support Center, open a ticket, based on your requirement and issue.
  5. To open a ticket, you can also call our support number: +92 304 1110400. Our support staff will help you to open the ticket, or open it for you so that your issue is resolved as soon as possible.
